Presenter – Fran Johnson, MS, RDN, LD, explores the important connection between nutrition and psychological health. She is a behavioral health nutritionist on the staff at Saint Luke Institute. She received her nutrition degrees from Virginia Tech, followed by work with inpatient clinical dietetics at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and as senior nutritionist at the Weight Control Unit, Obesity Research Center of St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York.
