Archbishop Joseph E. Kurtz and the Archdiocese of Louisville will be our hosts this year. Our gathering begins on April 20 at the Galt House Hotel. Louis Cameli, Consultant to the USCCB; Mr. Joe Ollier, Coordinator of Youth Ministry, Ascension Parish, Kettering, OH.

We begin on Monday, April 20, with New Delegates Orientation taking place at 11 a.m. The Council of Consultors meeting will follow at 12:30 and our opening Reception begins at 6pm followed by Dinner and our Keynote speaker of the day.

On Tuesday, April 21, our morning will begin with plenary sessions and in the afternoon we will depart to Cathedral of the Assumption for Eucharistic Celebration followed by our annual Banquet and Awards Dinner. The Cathedral is within walking distance, but a small shuttle will be available for those who require transportation.

On Wednesday, April 22, our morning will be filled with plenary sessions, then lunch, finally breaking for the rest of the afternoon for you to tour local attractions, gather resources and network with priests from around the country.

On Thursday, April 23, the House of Delegates will meet on this day at 9:30 a.m. as is our tradition to connect and discuss the issues and challenges that confront the NFPC as we minister to priests throughout the country.

As we continue our effort to going GREEN and reduce the waste of paper, every participant will receive a USB drive with all the materials to download onto laptops, iPads or tablets, a link will also be provided during the conference with all downloadable materials.

The fee for the four-day event is $599 per person. This includes all events and materials, breakfast/lunch for Tuesday through Thursday, including dinners on Monday and Tuesday. Individual days are also available for just $150 per day.
